On Friday May 21st, Taylor Joelle Moyer was born in Orem, Utah. She weighed 9 lbs and was 20.5 inches. 
She was born at 8:45 am after 24 hours of labor. Amanda went to visit on Friday morning and LOVED the baby.

Jeremy bought a harley. Not a real harley, but a smaller 49 cc version that he ordered from Japan and had to assemble himself. 
Jeremy's mini harley sure looks cool, but it struggles climbing up windsor drive.
Amanda likes to go to water aerobics with her mommy.
He grew to love the people of Puerto Rico.

Grandma and Grandpa went on an 11 day cruise of the Eastern Caribbean. They hosted a BYU alumni group on the MSC Lirica. 
Their favorite island was St Barts - a French island and their favorite experience was a visit to a beautiful waterfall on St Lucia.

This last weekend we celebrated both my birthday and motherday. I enjoyed a weekend off from dishes, and cooking. I also enjoyed eating all of my favorite foods. 
For my birthday I had breakfast in bed. Later when Reid got home from work, we went to the children's Museum with the kids (free day:)). Reid made me shrimp cocktail and chocolate milkshakes. I opened presents and watched TV with Reid.
On Sunday Reid made me breakfast again, and I enjoyed eating it outside.
Breakfast was followed by more presents. For dinner that night we enjoyed ribs, baked beans, rolls, and green salad. Brownies with chocolate icecream followed dinner. Thanks Reid for the great weekend!
8 miles climbed, 700 calories burned, an hour well spent.
Not to mention the breath taking views...
...and the sunset on a rare smogless day.

Last night for our ward activity, they had a cake contest. This was no ordinary cake contest though, because only the husbands were allowed to participate. No help from the women at all! There were 3 catagories: Appearance, Creatvity, and Taste. 
I lucked out, and was choosen to be one of the taste judges. I was in heaven (loving sweets and being pregnant).
After all the judging and voting was done, we found out that Reid had won the prize for appearance on his cake! Of course he picked a golf theme. Way to go Reid!

On Tuesday night we went out to Grandma's to have Dallin play some music on the Piano. Dallin is really enjoying his piano. He still does not enjoy soccer. We are just happy about the piano. On Wednesday I went out to have lunch with Grandma. I ate with her and 2 other ladies. After lunch they had a little Cinco de Mayo celebration. Each of the residence took a turn hitting the pinata. Most are in walkers or wheel chairs, so it didn't break until one of the ladies not in a walker or wheel chair gave it a whack! They may not have a lot of stregth, but their aim was great! 
For those of you who remember, this is the same strawberry shortcake dress Mom made for me when I was only 4. Amanda looks even cuter in it than I did.
It is amazing how big Amanda's mouth can get when it involves icecream.
We arrived in Minden after a 2 hour mechanical delay on Friday. Saturday morning, Mom and I went garage saling, while Grandpa watched the kids. While we were gone, Grandpa got out the boat to give it a wash. 
The kids thought that was just great. It brought back a lot of memories of my childhood. (Same boat, same Dad, same driveway).
In the afternoon, Grandpa watched the kids again, while Mom, Julie and I went down to the church to scrapbook.
After the morning fun, we went to Grandma Verley's new place. Grandma gave us a tour. She may think she isn't doing well, but any 90 year old that can push her Great Grand-daughter in her walker is doing well.
Grandma seems to like her place, but she hates that she has a hard time talking and seeing.

On Sunday, the Logans, Mark, Katy, and Grandma came for Sunday dinner. It was fun to see Katy in maternity clothes, and how cute and grown up Tyler is. 
We enjoyed some homemade icecream and games together. The icecream was Mark's favorite. He couldn't stop talking about it.
Monday I went out to Dayton to spend the day at Julie's. We did a little scrapbooking and a lot of watching kids. The kids had fun playing in the pool out back.
Dallin and Jason get a little wild together. Most of the time they were the only ones in the pool because they splashed so much.

The day before I left for Minden, the Robison Family came up to Salt Lake to have an early birthday celebration and see Dallin's preschool concert. First we had yummy Chinese from Mandarin. To top it off we ended our meal with an icecream cake that Reid made especially for me. It was chocolate cake layered with mint chocolate chip icecream and hot fudge. 
After cake and presents we headed off to Dallin's concert. He entertained us for 1 whole hour! They sure know how to put on a concert. Dallin and his friend Trevon loved to keep us entertained as they goofed around with their hats.
Dallin did a wonderful job singing. Amanda loved to cheer on Dallin. She would yell anything that we told her to. Some of her favorites were, "Dallin is my brother" and "Great job Dallin". Thanks to Diane, Reid Sr, Jenny and Jeremy for coming.
Amanda and Dallin love to join in for a little yoga. They help keep us motivated by showing us how flexible we can be if we keep it up.
