St. Patrick's Day Saturday, March 21, 2009
On St. Patrick's Day Emily had a lot of fun. First, the Leprechauns turned her cream of wheat green. Then they turned the milk in the fridge green. Emily was surprised that they were able to open the fridge all by themselves since they are so small, but I explained that they have magical powers. At lunch she was amazed when I gave her a cup to fill with water, and the water magically turned green as the clear water went into the cup. She was also excited to eat green bread. Although she liked all those green things, she wouldn't touch her green cabbage in her coleslaw that night.
Here is also a picture of the twins on St. Patrick's Day. Their shirts say, "Twins are 2 cute". They sure are!

Grandpa Gardner
Emily brought home a little book that she colored on "feelings". On the picture of the "older" man she wrote about Grandpa Gardner. Here is a picture.
It says, "Grandpa Gardner is happy because he is going on vacation on a cruise where there's beds and everything. There's this club with lots of toys and things to do."
That does sound like a lot of fun, doesn't it?
Mom and Dad got another chance to see the babies while they were here for more tests. Isn't this a cute pix of the 4 of them?

you know you have twins if.. Friday, March 13, 2009
... from an email sent by Lisa this morning.
-You get peed on and spit up on all with in being awake less than 1 hour
- You put your glasses on your pillow after waking up in the middle of the night and then have to pull your entangled glasses out of your hair in the morning
- You are the last one to show up to exercise class and the first one to leave
- You get to see 2 babies smile up at you from their crib in the morning
- You are on time to the bus stop to pick up your older kids, but that is only because your babies need a nap
- You are told by complete strangers that you have your hands full on a daily bases (I get this comment if I have Just the twins with me, or any of my other kids)
- You think going to Walmart with only your 4 year old is your weekly outing.

random photos Thursday, March 12, 2009
We went to the Draper temple open house today.. The twins did great, wheeling around in style in their double stroller. They were even able to smuggle in a couple baby bottles.
And here are the twins getting to know their west indian grandma
This evening, we all enjoyed a gourmet meal (Asian Salmon salad) chez Lisa (Lisa's Bistro)..

alone time Sunday, March 8, 2009
Hello Helicopter did a special preschooler show for a dozen kids yesterday. Cooper ran and got his guitar hero controller and joined them, and Sylie and Amanda added some vocals and dance moves. Sylie made up song called "Mommy Daddy Alone Time"

Ok, here's a very scary movie. You need to watch it in full screen mode, with the volume at full blast.
And here's the outcome
