Emily gets so excited when she sees something soft. Here's a picture of her bundled up in her mommy's robe. She also loves sitting down with a good book and flipping through the pages.

Emily also loves animals. She used to be really scared of cats but she was so intrigued that she would just have to get closer and closer, even though she was scared and almost crying. We're all anxious to see how Emily reacts when Sophie the dog shows up to live at our place.

Dallin is on a Junior Jazz basketball team and is working hard on practicing his dribbling skills. He can almost beat Emily now.

We have been working hard on the final touches upstairs in the livingroom. I think the new diningroom chairs got us remotivated.

This weekend Reid painted the fireplace black, and I put the final coat on the crown molding. Then this morning our shutter were intalled.

We also have gotten some snow this past week. The kids played a long time in the snow with their Dad on Monday (holiday). Emily really liked to be outside, but she didn't like walking on the snow. She did love to eat the snow though.

Next is the basement!
